This isn’t just a summer program—it’s a strategic investment in your child’s future.
The Arista Summer Leadership Fellowship is a selective, high-impact experience designed for driven high school students who are ready to lead, stand out, and communicate with confidence.
In today’s competitive academic and professional landscape, success is no longer defined by grades alone. Students must know how to present themselves, speak with clarity, and lead with confidence.
This program develops those skills.
Through immersive, real-world training, students build executive presence, strengthen communication, and gain the confidence to navigate classrooms, interviews, and social environments with ease.
Executive-Level Training Approach
The program integrates advanced training in leadership, communication, and executive presence, informed by methodologies used at the Wharton Aresty Institute of Executive Education. Students do not just learn what to do. They practice how to show up with confidence, credibility, and impact in interviews, in classrooms, and in any room that matters.
Your student will learn alongside high-performing college mentors from Georgetown, Notre Dame, Boston University, the University of Michigan, and the University of Florida who know exactly what it takes to stand out, and how to model it.

Admission is application-based and reviewed on a rolling basis. We look for students who are motivated, coachable, and ready to invest in their personal growth. Cohort sizes are intentionally small, so we encourage early applications.
Each student develops a meaningful leadership project during the week that they can speak to in college applications and interviews. It's built in-session with mentor guidance and is ready to use from day one.
